style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u5148\u5929\u6027\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7570\u5e38\u75be\u75c5\u7be9\u6aa2\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5728\u5b30\u5152\u51fa\u751f\u5f8c\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u767c\u73fe\u60a3\u6709\u5148\u5929\u6027\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7570\u5e38\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u5152\uff0c\u7acb\u5373\u7d66\u4e88\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4f7f\u60a3\u5152\u80fd\u6b63\u5e38\u767c\u80b2\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u81f4\u9020\u6210\u7d42\u751f\u907a\u61be\u7684\u8eab\u3001\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u8f15\u5bb6\u5ead\u8207\u793e\u6703\u7684\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002\u7be9\u6aa2\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u75be\u75c5\u767c\u751f\u7387\u9ad8\u3001\u6709\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u7be9\u6aa2\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ca\u6aa2\u9a57\u6210\u672c\u7b26\u5408\u7d93\u6fdf\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u7684\u5148\u5929\u6027\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7570\u5e38\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u904e\u53bb\u570b\u5167\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u9805\u76ee\u50c5\u5305\u542b\u6307\u5b9a\u9805\u76ee\u4e94\u9805-\u82ef\u916e\u5c3f\u75c7\uff08PKU\uff09\u3001\u9ad8\u80f1\u80fa\u9178\u5c3f\u75c7\uff08HCU\uff09\u3001\u534a\u4e73\u7cd6\u8840\u75c7\uff08GAL\uff09\u3001\u5148\u5929\u6027\u7532\u72c0\u817a\u4f4e\u80fd\u75c7\uff08CHT\uff09\u53ca\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u516d\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\u53bb\u6c2b\u9176\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\uff08G6PD deficiency\uff09\u53ca\u5169\u9805\u81ea\u9078\u9805\u76ee-\u814e\u4e0a\u817a\u589e\u751f\u75c7\u3001\u4e32\u806f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u7be9\u6aa2\u7f55\u898b\u4ee3\u8b1d\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u70ba\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u81ea95\u5e747\u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u9664\u539f\u4f865\u9805\u75be\u75c5\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e26\u65b0\u589e\u5176\u4ed66\u9805\u5148\u5929\u6027\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7570\u5e38\u75be\u75c5\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5468\u5ef6\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u3002\u4f9d\u64da\u885b\u751f\u7f72\u4eba\u53e3\u7d71\u8a08\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u65bc\u4e5d\u5341\u516d\u5e74\u5ea6\u7d04\u6709\u4e8c\u5341\u842c\u56db\u5343\u56db\u767e\u591a\u540d\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u51fa\u751f\uff0c\u8d85\u904e99.5\ufe6a\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u6709\u63a5\u53d7\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u6307\u5b9a\u7be9\u6aa2\u9805\u76ee\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u8986\u84cb\u7387\u4e4b\u9ad8\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u679c\u8f1d\u714c\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u570b\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u5df2\u5217\u5165\u5148\u9032\u570b\u5bb6\u4e4b\u5217\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u800c\u6211\u570b\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u80fd\u5c07\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u5982\u6b64\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u9664\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u5916\uff0c\u66f4\u61c9\u6b78\u529f\u65bc\u4f5c\u696d\u6d41\u7a0b\u898f\u5283\u4e4b\u5b8c\u5584\u3002\u6b64\u7be9\u6aa2\u7cfb\u7d71\u5f9e\u898f\u5283\u3001\u5be6\u65bd\u5230\u904b\u4f5c\u5747\u5f97\u529b\u65bc\u6211\u570b\u76f8\u95dc\u5b78\u8853\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u53ca\u885b\u751f\u884c\u653f\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5354\u8abf\u8207\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u6240\u898f\u5283\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u56db\u5927\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u6709\u6aa2\u9ad4\u63a1\u96c6\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u6aa2\u9a57\u4f5c\u696d\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u8ffd\u8e64\u8907\u6aa2\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u8a3a\u65b7\u6cbb\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u7531\u5168\u570b\u63a5\u751f\u91ab\u7642\u9662\u6240\u3001\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u78ba\u8a3a\u91ab\u9662\u53ca\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u7cfb\u7d71\u5206\u5225\u8ca0\u8d77\u63a1\u6aa2\u3001\u7be9\u6aa2\u3001\u8907\u6aa2\u3001\u78ba\u8a3a\u53ca\u8ffd\u8e64\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6aa2\u9ad4\u63a1\u96c6\u7cfb\u7d71\u5305\u62ec\u5168\u570b\u63a5\u751f\u91ab\u7642\u9662\u6240\uff0c\u7531\u5176\u63a1\u96c6\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u8173\u8ddf\u8840\uff0c\u505a\u6210\u8840\u7247\u9001\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9032\u884c\u6aa2\u9a57\u3002\u6aa2\u9a57\u4f5c\u696d\u7cfb\u7d71\u7531\u53f0\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u3001\u53f0\u5317\u75c5\u7406\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u672c\u6703\u4e09\u500b\u55ae\u4f4d\u8fa6\u7406\u6b64\u9805\u7be9\u6aa2\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u672c\u6703\u8ca0\u8cac\u53f0\u7063\u4e2d\u3001\u5357\u90e8\u7d04120\u5bb6\u63a5\u751f\u91ab\u7642\u9662\u6240\u9001\u6aa2\uff0c\u7be9\u6aa2\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7e3d\u6578\u7d04\u70ba5\u842c\u4eba\uff0c\u4f54\u5168\u570b\u7d04\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u7576\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6536\u5230\u63a5\u751f\u91ab\u7642\u9662\u6240\u5bc4\u9001\u4e4b\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u63a1\u8840\u6ffe\u7d19\u5f8c\u5373\u9032\u884c\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u6aa2\u9a57\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u6536\u5230\u5f8c7\u65e5\u5167\u90f5\u5bc4\u7be9\u6aa2\u5831\u544a\u81f3\u63a1\u96c6\u6a5f\u69cb\u3002\u7576\u500b\u6848\u5224\u5b9a\u70ba\u7591\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u6642\uff0c\u539f\u63a1\u96c6\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4e4b\u63a5\u751f\u55ae\u4f4d\u4fbf\u555f\u52d5\u8ffd\u8e64\u8907\u6aa2\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u7531\u63a1\u96c6\u55ae\u4f4d\u8ca0\u8cac\u8ffd\u8e64\u500b\u6848\u63a1\u96c6\u8907\u6aa2\u6aa2\u9ad4\u9001\u81f3\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8907\u6aa2\u3002\u800c\u82e5\u6709\u967d\u6027\u500b\u6848\u5247\u7531\u5404\u78ba\u8a3a\u91ab\u9662\u8ca0\u8cac\u8ffd\u8e64\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u967d\u6027\u500b\u6848\u521d\u6b65\u9810\u9632\u8aee\u8a62\u53ca\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a3a\u65b7\u3002\u4ee5\u671f\u9054\u5230\u65e9\u671f\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a3a\u65b7\u3001\u65e9\u671f\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7642\u4e4b\u76ee\u7684\uff1b\u76ee\u524d\u5168\u570b\u7d04\u6709\u5341\u516b\u5bb6\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u516d\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\u53bb\u6c2b\u9176\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7(G-6-PD deficiency)\u3001\u516d\u5bb6\u5148\u5929\u6027\u7532\u72c0\u817a\u4f4e\u80fd\u75c7\u78ba\u8a3a\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u7be9\u6aa2\u9805\u76ee\u5247\u7531\u53f0\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u53ca\u53f0\u5317\u69ae\u6c11\u7e3d\u91ab\u9662\u8ca0\u8cac\u78ba\u8a3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6b77\u7d93\u4e8c\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u7387\u7531\u6c11\u570b\u4e03\u5341\u4e09\u5e74\u76846.7%\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u81f3\u6c11\u570b\u4e5d\u5341\u56db\u5e74\u768499.6%\u3002\u7d2f\u8a08\u7be9\u6aa2\u7d04\u4e94\u767e\u842c\u65b0\u751f\u5152\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u516d\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\u53bb\u6c2b\u9176\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\u7d04\u516b\u842c\u4eba\u3001\u7532\u72c0\u817a\u4f4e\u80fd\u75c7\u7d04\u4e09\u4edf\u4eba\u3001\u82ef\u916e\u5c3f\u75c7\u7d04\u767e\u9918\u4eba\u3001\u9ad8\u80f1\u80fa\u9178\u5c3f\u75c7\u7d04\u4e8c\u5341\u9918\u4eba\u3001\u534a\u4e73\u7cd6\u8840\u75c7\u7d04\u5341\u4eba\u3002\u672c\u7cfb\u7d71\u9664\u7d66\u4e88\u500b\u6848\u9069\u7576\u6cbb\u7642\u5916\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u5176\u5bb6\u5c6c\u63d0\u4f9b\u512a\u751f\u5065\u5eb7\u6aa2\u67e5\u53ca\u907a\u50b3\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u5354\u52a9\u9810\u9632\u5bb6\u65cf\u6027\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u8513\u5ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u6211\u570b\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u5de5\u4f5c\u91cd\u8981\u4e4b\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u9664\u7dad\u6301\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e4b\u6210\u6548\u5916\uff0c\u70ba\u80fd\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e4b\u76f8\u95dc\u670d\u52d9\u54c1\u8cea\u53ca\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u66f4\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u91ab\u7642\u79d1\u6280\u958b\u767c\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u7be9\u6aa2\u9805\u76ee-\u5982\u4e32\u806f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u7be9\u6aa2\u7f55\u898b\u4ee3\u8b1d\u75be\u75c5\u5916\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u8207\u63a1\u96c6\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a3a\u65b7\u91ab\u9662\u53ca\u885b\u751f\u5c40\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u55ae\u4f4d\u4e4b\u5de5\u4f5c\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u5b9a\u671f\u8209\u8fa6\u5de5\u4f5c\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u53ca\u806f\u7e6b\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u9700\u52a0\u5f37\u4e4b\u63a1\u6aa2\u55ae\u4f4d\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a2a\u8996\u8f14\u5c0e\u8a08\u5283\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u6295\u5165\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u7269\u529b\uff0c\u7121\u975e\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u8b93\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u66f4\u4e0a\u4e00\u5c64\u6a13\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u80fd\u6709\u66f4\u512a\u65bc\u4eca\u65e5\u4e4b\u8c50\u78a9\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u70ba\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u628a\u597d\u7b2c\u4e00\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n<p
