14pt;\"><strong>\u6975\u9577\u93c8\u91af\u8f14\u9176<\/strong><strong>A<\/strong><strong>\u812b\u6c2b\u9175\u7d20\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u75c7\u72c0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">VLCAD\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u4e09\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\uff1a\u56b4\u91cd\u65e9\u767c\u578b\u3001\u00a0\u809d\u81df\u578b\/\u4f4e\u916e\u9ad4\u6027\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u578b\u548c\u665a\u767c\u6027\u808c\u8089\u75c5\u8b8a\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>\u65e9\u767c\u56b4\u91cd\u578b\uff1a<\/strong>\u5b30\u5152\u5728\u51fa\u751f\u5f8c\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\u51fa\u73fe\u5fc3\u808c\u75c5\u8b8a\u3001\u5fc3\u5305\u819c\u7a4d\u6c34\u3001\u5fc3\u5f8b\u4e0d\u6574\u3001\u808c\u5f35\u529b\u4f4e\u4e0b\u3001\u809d\u816b\u5927\u3001\u9593\u6b47\u6027\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u53ca\u591a\u91cd\u5668\u5b98\u8870\u7aed\u3002\u5fc3\u81df\u75c5\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\uff0c\u4f46\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u901a\u904e\u65e9\u671f\u6cbb\u7642\u548c\u98f2\u98df\u6539\u826f\u4f86\u6539\u5584\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u809d\u81df\u578b\/\u4f4e\u916e\u9ad4\u6027\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u578b\uff1a<\/strong>\u809d\u81df\u6216\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u75c7\u5f62\u5f0f\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u4eba\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u5e7c\u5152\u51fa\u73fe\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f4e\u916e\u9ad4\u6027\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6(hypoketotic hypoglycemia)\u53ca\u809d\u816b\u5927\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u665a\u767c\u6027\u808c\u8089\u75c5\u8b8a\u578b\uff1a<\/strong>\u8f03\u665a\u767c\u75c5\uff0c\u4ee5\u9593\u6b47\u6027\u6a6b\u7d0b\u808c\u6eb6\u89e3\u75c7(rhabdomyolysis)\u3001\u808c\u8089\u75d9\u6523(muscle cramps)\u3001\u808c\u8089\u75bc\u75db\u53ca\u904b\u52d5\u4e0d\u8010\u4f86\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u662fVLCAD\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\u7684\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u7576\u808c\u8089\u7d44\u7e54\u88ab\u7834\u58de\u6703\u91cb\u51fa\u7a31\u70ba\u808c\u7d05\u7d20\u7684\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u5176\u7d93\u904e\u814e\u81df\u9032\u5230\u5c3f\u6db2\u4e2d\u6703\u4f7f\u5c3f\u6db2\u8b8a\u6210\u7d05\u8272\u6216\u8910\u8272\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u5728\u65e9\u767c\u56b4\u91cd\u578b\u548c\u809d\u81df\u578b\/\u4f4e\u916e\u9ad4\u6027\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u578b\u4e2d\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u7684\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u767c\u4f5c\u53ef\u5c0e\u81f4\u5152\u7ae5\u611f\u89ba\u8106\u5f31\uff0c\u6416\u6643\u548c\/\u6216\u982d\u6688\u6fd5\u51b7\u7684\u76ae\u819a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u660f\u8ff7\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n<p 40px;\">\u6b64\u75be\u75c5\u907a\u50b3\u6a21\u5f0f\u70ba\u9ad4\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u96b1\u6027\u907a\u50b3\uff0c<em>ACADVL<\/em>\u57fa\u56e0\u4f4d\u65bc\u7b2c17\u865f\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7684\u77ed\u81c2(17p13 .1)\u4e0a\u3002<em>ACADVL<\/em>\u57fa\u56e0\u63a7\u5236\u6975\u9577\u93c8\u91af\u8f14\u9176A\u53bb\u6c2b\u9176\u7684\u5408\u6210\uff0c\u7576<em>ACADVL<\/em>\u57fa\u56e0\u7f3a\u9677\u9020\u6210\u6975\u9577\u93c8\u91af\u8f14\u9176A\u812b\u6c2b\u9175\u7d20(VLCAD)\u7f3a\u4e4f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u7591\u967d\u6027\u4e4b\u8655\u7406<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\">\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u65b9\u6cd5\u70ba\u5229\u7528\u4e32\u806f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u6e2c\u91cf\u9ad4\u5167\u6975\u9577\u93c8\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e4b\u6fc3\u5ea6(C14:1\u3001C14)\u3002\u7576\u6975\u9577\u93c8\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u6fc3\u5ea6\u9ad8\u65bc\u6b63\u5e38\u503c\uff0c\u800c\u63a5\u7372\u63a1\u96c6\u9662\u6240\u901a\u77e5\u6642\uff0c\u8acb\u5118\u901f\u914d\u5408\u91ab\u7642\u4eba\u54e1\u6307\u793a\u9032\u884c\u8907\u6aa2\u3002\u82e5\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u81e8\u5e8a\u75c7\u72c0\u6642\uff0c\u8acb\u7acb\u5373\u8207\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u7be9\u6aa2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6216\u7576\u5730\u6240\u5c6c\u8f49\u4ecb\u91ab\u9662\u91ab\u5e2b\u806f\u7d61\uff0c\u5c0b\u6c42\u53ca\u6642\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u5354\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p
